Terms of service
The terms below govern your purchases at Djurplus. They are written to be clear, fair and in line with Swedish consumer law.
1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through djurplus.se ("Djurplus", "we", "us"). By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and accept these Terms in full.
Djurplus sells products for dogs from established brands such as Dogman and other partner suppliers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published at the time of your order is the version that applies to your purchase.
2. Pricing
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% Swedish VAT (moms). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct any obvious pricing errors and to adjust prices due to changes from suppliers, currency fluctuations or other factors outside our control. If a price is clearly incorrect, we may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.
3. Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Swish
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)
Payment is processed at the time of order. Goods are dispatched only after the payment has been approved. All payments are handled by certified third-party payment providers and Djurplus never stores full card details.
4. Delivery
We ship to addresses in Sweden via PostNord and other established carriers. Normal delivery time is 2–4 business days from the date the order is dispatched. Delays may occur during sale periods, holidays or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping is free on orders over 499 SEK. For smaller orders, the shipping fee is shown at checkout. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hej@djurplus.se before the 14-day period ends. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in essentially the same condition as when you received it. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened food, treats or other sealed products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.
6. Returns & Complaints
If a product is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrectly delivered, please contact us at hej@djurplus.se within a reasonable time after the issue was discovered, and no later than two months after delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, if possible, photos.
Approved complaints are remedied through repair, replacement or a full refund in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen). In the case of an approved complaint, Djurplus covers the return shipping cost.
7. Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are not collected from the pickup point within the carrier's stated time and are returned to us are not considered a valid withdrawal. For unclaimed parcels, we charge a fee of 249 SEK to cover return shipping, handling and administrative costs.
8. Personal Data (GDPR)
Djurplus is the data controller for the personal data you provide when placing an order or creating an account. We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and only for purposes such as order handling, delivery, customer service, accounting and, where you have given consent, marketing.
You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, as well as to object to or restrict our processing. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy or contact us at hej@djurplus.se.
9. Disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute that we are unable to resolve together, you as a consumer have the right to refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. Djurplus follows ARN's recommendations.
